Steve had been sending me pictures of the van I wanted to purchase for a few weeks. He was never pushy and he even sent me another van that was used on your lot. So, he let me process which van to buy and when I was ready to go look at the van in person Steve was there and ready to stay late to help us out. Not everyone will have an experience like ours. We dealt with the Dodge of Somerset location. With many locations you get a large selection. But sometimes it can cause confusion during shopping. This dealership made a mistake, but made up for it...a little. Overall, they were pleasant, accommodating.

It was quick and easy and the associates were super helpful and friendly. The facilities and amenities were nice. Really hospitable and comfortable environment. I saw a children’s area, which I appreciate as someone who does not have kids and does not want to hear a bunch of kids screaming their heads off while I wait for my car to be serviced. Associate let me know every step of the way what was happening and walked me through all the steps. Super courteous staff you have. Very impressed with the level of professionalism I saw.

I had a very good experience overall with this car dealership. Doug was our salesman and he worked his hardest to get us into the most reliable car for our family.
